Terms & Conditions
Version 1
Last updated: 17 August 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ManageU mobile app, the ManageU website at manageu.easiora.com, and any related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is currently developed and operated by an individual developer under the name "Easiora" ("we," "us," or "our").
By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that, if you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.
The Service is currently intended for businesses operating in India. If you access or use the Service from outside India, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local law.
2. What ManageU Is
ManageU is a business-management app for small businesses. It lets you track transactions (income, expenses, and loans), manage inventory, record employee details and attendance, keep a list of customers and vendors, view a summary dashboard of your business, and generate invoices from transactions you've already recorded.
ManageU is a record-keeping and productivity tool. It is not a licensed accounting, tax, or legal service, and nothing in the Service constitutes accounting, tax, or legal advice. In particular, any invoice or tax breakdown the Service generates is a generative, formatted document based on information you enter — it is not an official filing with, or submission to, any tax authority. See Section 7 for full detail.
More broadly, every transaction, contact, employee, and company record in ManageU reflects only what you've chosen to type in. It is not verified by us, and is not, by itself, legal proof that a transaction took place or that any person or business it describes is real or accurately represented. See Section 12 for the full disclaimer.
ManageU is an early-stage product that we're continuously improving. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors, as can happen with any product under active development. We'll do our best to keep things running smoothly and to give notice of significant changes where practical, but the Service is provided subject to the disclaimers in Section 12.
3. Your Account
- a) Creating an account. You can create an account using your email address (verified with a one-time code) or by signing in with Google. You're responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping it up to date.
- b) Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that happens under it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- c) Multiple businesses. A single account can be used to manage more than one company. Each company's data is kept separate within your account.
- d) One person, one account. Accounts are intended for use by a single individual or a single business. You may not share your login credentials or one-time codes with anyone outside your organization.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation;
- Enter false, fraudulent, or misleading information into the Service, including on invoices generated through it;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Service's infrastructure (for example, through automated scraping or excessive API requests);
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where applicable law expressly permits it;
- Use the Service to store or transmit any content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful;
- Use the Service to process personal data of your customers, vendors, or employees without having the right to do so under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms.
5. Your Data
You retain all rights to the business data you enter into ManageU — your transactions, inventory, contacts, employee records, and invoices ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership over Your Data.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (for example, to calculate your dashboard totals or generate an invoice document). We will not use Your Data for any other purpose, and we will not sell it. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle data.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Your Data, including any information about third parties (such as your customers, vendors, or employees) that you choose to enter. We do not verify or authenticate any entry you make, and an entry in the Service is not, by itself, proof that the transaction, person, or business it describes is real, accurate, or occurred as recorded.
6. Backups and Data Loss
While we take reasonable measures to keep Your Data safe and available, you are responsible for maintaining your own records outside the app where appropriate (for example, for statutory accounting or tax purposes). We are not liable for any loss of Your Data, except to the extent such loss results directly from our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
If you delete your account, Your Data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Invoicing — Important Disclaimer
ManageU can generate an invoice-style document from a transaction you've recorded, using information you provide (such as your company's GSTIN, tax rates, and customer details) and automatically calculating tax breakdowns such as CGST and SGST.
- Generative only, not an official tax document. Any invoice, bill, or tax breakdown generated through the Service is a formatted document produced from the information you typed in. It is not filed with, submitted to, verified by, transmitted to, or otherwise connected with the GST Network (GSTN), the Income Tax Department, or any other government or tax authority, and the Service performs no e-invoicing, e-way bill, or GST-return integration of any kind. Generating a document through ManageU does not, by itself, make it a legally valid tax invoice, and does not satisfy any GST registration, filing, e-invoicing, or reporting obligation you may have under applicable law.
- ManageU is a tool, not a substitute for a qualified accountant, tax advisor, or the GST portal. We do not verify the accuracy of the GSTIN, tax rate, or any other information you enter, and we do not guarantee that any invoice generated through the Service complies with applicable tax law.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that the tax information you enter is correct, that your business is entitled to issue the invoices it generates, and that you meet all statutory invoicing, filing, and record-keeping obligations that apply to you.
- We are not liable for any penalty, tax liability, dispute, or other consequence arising from an invoice generated through the Service, including errors in tax calculation caused by information you entered.
If you're unsure whether an invoice generated through ManageU meets your legal obligations, please consult a qualified professional.
8. Fees
As of the date of these Terms, ManageU is free to use, with no credit card required to create an account. We may introduce paid plans, subscriptions, or additional paid features in the future. If we do, we will give you reasonable advance notice, and any change will apply only from the date it takes effect — we will not retroactively charge you for use of the Service before that date.
The Android app may display advertisements to support the free version of the Service; see our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service uses the following third-party services to operate:
- Google Sign-In, for account authentication;
- Google Firebase Crashlytics, for crash and diagnostic reporting;
- Google AdMob, to display ads in the Android app;
- Third-party cloud hosting, database, and email-delivery providers.
Your use of these integrated services may also be subject to the relevant third party's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third parties, though we choose our service providers carefully and require them to protect your information appropriately.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service — including the ManageU name, logo, app design, source code, and all related intellectual property — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms, we grant you no rights to our intellectual property.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you share with us about the Service may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.
11. Termination
- a) By you. You may stop using the Service at any time, and may permanently delete your account and Your Data from Profile > Delete Account in the app.
- b) By us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Where reasonably possible, we will give you advance notice.
- c) Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, and 14) will continue to apply.
12. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.
YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF ANY CALCULATION, REPORT, OR DOCUMENT (INCLUDING INVOICES) GENERATED BY THE SERVICE BEFORE RELYING ON IT.
ALL INFORMATION YOU ENTER INTO THE SERVICE — INCLUDING TRANSACTIONS, CONTACTS, EMPLOYEE RECORDS, INVENTORY, COMPANY DETAILS, AND ANY OTHER ENTRY — IS SELF-REPORTED DATA THAT YOU TYPE IN YOURSELF. WE DO NOT VERIFY, AUTHENTICATE, OR VALIDATE THE ACCURACY, EXISTENCE, OR LEGAL VALIDITY OF ANY ENTRY, TRANSACTION, PERSON, OR BUSINESS ENTITY RECORDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. AN ENTRY IN MANAGEU IS A RECORD OF WHAT YOU CHOSE TO TYPE, NOT PROOF THAT A TRANSACTION ACTUALLY OCCURRED, NOT VERIFICATION OF ANY PERSON'S OR BUSINESS'S IDENTITY, AND NOT A REPRESENTATION THAT ANY CONTACT, EMPLOYEE, OR COMPANY RECORDED IN THE SERVICE IS REAL OR ACCURATELY DESCRIBED. ENTRIES IN THE SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE RELIED ON AS EVIDENCE IN ANY LEGAL, REGULATORY, TAX, OR OTHER PROCEEDING WITHOUT INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION.
13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) FIVE THOUSAND INDIAN RUPEES (INR 5,000).
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) Your Data, including any third-party personal information you enter into the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
15. Changes to the Service or These Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, such as an in-app notice, before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and may delete your account.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
17. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and supersede any prior agreements.
- Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision.
- Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms if the Service is transferred to a new operator, including if it is incorporated into a registered business entity.
- Force majeure. We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet or power outages, or failures of third-party services the Service relies on.
- No class actions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim you bring against us must be brought in your individual capacity, and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
- No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create any rights for any person who is not a party to them.
