Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your ManageU account and data.

Deleting your account permanently removes it, and everything tied to it — every company you own, and that company's employees, attendance records, inventory, transactions, invoices, and contacts. This can't be undone.

The only exception: where we're legally required to retain certain records for a longer period — for tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes — we keep only what the law requires, for only as long as it requires. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Delete from within the app (recommended)

  1. Open the ManageU app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Scroll to Danger Zone and tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately — there's no waiting period.

Can't access the app?

If you've lost your device or can no longer sign in, you can usually still get back in — ManageU sign-in only needs your email (we send a one-time code) or Google Sign-In, no password to recover.

If that's genuinely not an option, email us at support@manageu.easiora.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll verify the request and process it manually.
